Terms of Use

Last updated 3 June 2026

EzyRec is a Mac application created by Michael Raab and distributed through the Apple App Store. By downloading or using EzyRec, you agree to these terms.

Your license

EzyRec is licensed, not sold, to you. Your use is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), which applies to apps from the App Store. These Terms of Use supplement the Standard EULA. If the two ever conflict on a point the Standard EULA covers, the Standard EULA governs.

Free use and the Remove Watermark purchase

EzyRec is free to download and use. Free exports include a small watermark. You may remove the watermark with a one-time in-app purchase. This purchase is a non-consumable: it is a single charge, not a subscription, and it does not renew. Once purchased, it remains available to you and can be restored through the App Store on the Macs you use with the same Apple Account.

Payments and refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not handle payments or store payment information. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its standard policies; please request refunds through Apple.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for what you record and how you use your videos, including respecting the privacy and rights of anyone or anything shown on your screen, and complying with the laws that apply to you. EzyRec is a tool; the content you create with it is yours and your responsibility.

No warranty

EzyRec is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law and without warranties of any kind, except where the Standard EULA or applicable law provides otherwise.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to the Standard EULA, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EzyRec.

Governing law

These supplemental Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Thailand, where the developer is based, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country, or any terms that apply under Apple's Standard EULA.
